functional room sufficient choices convenient location
the hotel provided a functional triple room. breakfast included sufficient choices for adults and children. i found the staff to be accommodating, and they always asked if i needed anything. the location proved convenient, as it was close to many shops and tourist attractions.
some facilities could benefit from modernization.

nice variety friendly staff basic facilities requested change
the breakfast had a nice variety. the breakfast staff were friendly, and the service at the breakfast was fantastic. i appreciated the location being very close to the tram station within 4 minutes!!!
my room was nothing like the one i booked. basic facilities were only provided on arrival. i asked them to change the beddings, but they did not.

Reception peoples were friendly. the breakfast was very tasty and had a lot of choices. our room cleaner was nice. She cleaned everything well. the staff are always cute. They offered us drinks, and i appreciate that a lot!
The bath towels were a little thin. I didn't like that so much.

Solid Stay Near Main Attractions

Zeki provided excellent help upon arrival. He gave a thorough explanation and made early check-in possible. The location was convenient for reaching key tourist sites. Sinan and Zeki demonstrated professionalism and friendliness throughout my visit.
The hotel website had pictures that did not accurately represent my room. The pictures showed something that was not there.

My room included practical amenities. There were good amenities inside the room. I had a satisfying stay with family in the rooms, where everyone could rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Breakfast included many options, therefore I found what I needed. The rooftop restaurant offered the best service. The staff was always smiling and worked hard to make guests comfortable during the meals.
